I am doing the majority of the workouts BODYWEIGHT but will provide workouts you can do with simply one set of dumbbells, and TRX workouts from beginner to advanced! These videos are perfect for anyone wanting motivation to start a program or an advanced exerciser looking for new ideas and challenges.
All of my workouts are 15-30 minutes or less, so no excuses! You can do this workout ANYWHERE with me, no equipment needed, and modifications provided for all levels! You can also choose to download a video so you can take it anywhere and there's no need to use up data to watch the video's.
