Hi, my name is Taylor! Some of you may already know me. But here’s a bit on me, for those who don’t...
Two years ago I was working as a healthcare aid at three different facilities. I started working out with Tara one on one and attending her bootcamps. I started this with the intent of simply maintaining my sanity while keeping up with my jobs. However, being a heavier kid I had always struggled with food and my weight. As I begun working out with Tara and then on my own I became obsessed with food and exercise. I was working out every day and kept a torturously healthy diet. These habits eventually had the opposite effect on my overall health than what I was struggling for. Since then it has been my personal goal to maintain a happiness and peace around food and exercise.
Since the beginning of my fitness journey, I have shifted my healthcare goals slightly and have started school to complete a Kinesiology undergrad. I have also gained my personal training certification. I have never been stronger or happier before in my life! With Tara being with me for much of my health and fitness journey, I was beyond excited when she offered to take me on as a trainer.
I hope to aid in Tara’s goals of creating peace in all aspects of fitness resulting in a happier, healthier you! Cannot wait to get started with everyone! :)”

My name is Molly, I’ve been teaching yoga since I was 15 years old to anyone who wanted to learn. I have, and continue to love teaching since my 2009 certification with Ajna Yoga here in Victoria. My love for anatomy and the way the body works and moves led me to a Bachelor Degree in Athletic and Exercise Therapy, as well as a Diploma in Exercise and Wellness… with Tara! As a certified Athletic Therapist I have worked with sports teams, high schools and in the private practice as a manual practitioner, yoga therapist, and instructor.
Today I enjoy teaching just as much as ever, as well as hosting continuing education workshops in Anatomy and biomechanics for yoga instructors and students a-like. My classes usually consist of vinyasa sequencing, hatha flow, or yin.. though I’m prone to throwing surprises in from time to time! If you see me around, I encourage you to come chat and, even better, come try out a class! I’m looking forward to meeting you.
Vinyasa Flow: Tuesday Nights
Vinyasa refers to the marrying of breath to movement, which is exactly what we’ll do! This class is appropriate for all levels from the I’ve-never-once-done-yoga beginner to arm-balancer extraordinaire. I will take you through the foundations of flow as we weave our breath to our movement, heat the body up from the inside out and find the right amount of strength and stretch ending with a gentle finish to prepare you for sleep. The 8-week yoga course will give you a solid foundation in vinyasa flow as well as provide you with tools to help you quiet your mind invest in yourself. I can’t wait to meet you, class starts the first week of May!

Yin Yoga: Thursday Nights
Yin yoga is a slow form of yoga designed to help release tension in your fascia, or connective tissue. Poses are typically very passive and are held for a much longer time than your average flow class. This class will have a quiet, relaxing atmosphere with gentle music and is the perfect class for someone who has chronic aches and pains, a sedentary job, or just wants to feel more freedom in their body. Feel free to bring bolsters or pillows to make yourself extra comfortable, or a blanket to keep you warm in slow moving poses. I’m looking forward to spending the next 8 weeks with you for our cozy Yin Yoga!
